Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for a fast\-growing Tech Company, combining hands\-on delivery with real impact on processes, hiring strategy across multiple geographies, and leadership of a team of 5 IT recruiters in EMEA, being the right hand of the Talent Manager.

You would be working closely with senior stakeholders, driving complex hiring processes, coordinating recruiters, and helping elevate how recruitment operates at scale.

What you’d be doing:
Own complex hiring processes across multiple geographies
Lead sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and hiring strategy
Mentor and guide recruiters on search execution, stakeholder management, and process decisions
Provide feedback and coaching insights to support team development
Monitor pipeline performance, agency effectiveness, and hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Use data and reporting to improve recruitment decisions and processes
Ensure strong candidate and hiring manager experience
Support onboarding and act as POC for new hires
Improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

What they’re looking for:
\+8 years in full\-cycle tech recruitment
Experience mentoring or leading recruiters/team members
Experience in agency or tech environments
Experience managing hiring across multiple countries
Strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and process\-oriented mindset
Ability to prioritize and operate in fast\-paced environments
Strong understanding of talent market trends
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills

Context:
You’d be joining a fast\-growing tech organization focused on improving how software teams operate globally, with a strong international hiring scope and a Talent Acquisition team of \~10 people.

The role is hybrid in Madrid (1\-2 days onsite, Castellana area).

Compensation: €50K–€55K gross annually (subject to the assessment during the process)
