IT Support Technician Manchester – hybrid working (after successfully passing probationary period)
- Full time (with flexible start and finish times), permanent
- Salary £30,000 plus dependent on experience)

The IT Support Engineer role with be the person dealing with first and second\-line support including physical hardware and printers. Working closely with the Infrastructure Manager and application developers, will become the initial point of call and resolution of problems for users.
- + Provide expert remote and face to face support for a wide range of hardware including laptops, desktops and peripherals
- + Installation and support of new equipment
- + Maintaining the printer fleet
- + Running business\-wide projects such as deployments and upgrades
- + General user assistance and advice with technology issues
- + Majority onsite role based in Manchester Centre with some travel to Liverpool
- + At least one year in a similar support role
- + Knowledge and experience supporting Windows and M365
- + General IT system knowledge, Networks, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Authentication systems, PC and laptop hardware
- + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- + Exceptional problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- + Advantageous qualifications – ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, AWS Cloud Practitioner
