Drive is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to support the day\-to\-day running of our IT function, reporting to the ICT \& Digital Manager.

Based in Nantgarw, supporting our IT services across South Wales

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a small IT team, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day service delivery

  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team

  • Remain hands\-on with technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations

  • Help improve IT processes and service standards

About you:
  • Proven experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT support role

  • Some experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding colleagues

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across core Microsoft technologies

  • A proactive, solution\-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Role details:
  • 37\.5 hours per week

  • Salary: £33,610\.75 (CEN 5\)

  • Closing date: 19th of June 2026

  • Interview: 23rd of June 2026
