IT Support Specialist – Nasvisionenterprises ApS (Copenhagen, Denmark)

Nasvisionenterprises ApS is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing technical support to employees, and maintaining a secure and efficient digital work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second\-level IT support to staff (hardware, software, network, and system issues)


• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software applications


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across company systems


• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate with external providers when needed


• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs


• Support deployment of updates, patches, and security configurations


• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective


• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role


• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments


• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi\-Fi troubleshooting)


• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar productivity suites


• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems is an advantage


• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively


• English proficiency required; Danish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent experience


• Experience supporting small to mid\-sized business environments


• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
