IT Support Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do:
- Provide first\-line onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing systems.
- Set up and configure new workplaces, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
What you bring \& who you are:
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail\-oriented approach to documentation.
- Hands\-on experience with hardware repairs, network administration, and software rollouts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer\-service\-oriented mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA A\+, or Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) are a plus.
