Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and service\-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our internal IT systems, ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second\-line IT support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)


• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems


• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks


• Troubleshoot system and application issues in a timely manner


• Support Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environments


• Assist with cybersecurity best practices and incident response


• Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset records


• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary

• Experience in IT support or a similar technical role


• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and basic networking concepts


• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (or similar platforms)


• Understanding of IT security principles


• Good problem\-solving and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities


• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)

• Experience with Active Directory or Entra ID


• Knowledge of virtualization or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)


• IT certifications (CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft certifications, etc.)


• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
