• Define strategic initiatives and roadmaps for IT transformation and innovation


• Drive strategic alignment across IT domains and coordinate cross\-cutting initiatives


• Prepare decision proposals and strategic briefs for senior IT and business leadership


• Aggreate, align, and integrate individual service owners startegies and roadmaps into a cohesive, enterprise\-wide IT strategy


• Monitor execution of startegic programs and report on progress and strategic impact


• Ensure continious documentation and regular review of strategy processess and outcomes


• Evaluate the strategic relevance of technical trends and innovations provided by the innovation manager


• Support the development of IT investment plans and ensure priorization of strategic initiatives


• Develop a consistent and compelling storyline for the IT strategy together with the IT OCM Team

This position is open to applicants from all over Germany.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

• Minimum 3 year work experience as strategy manager in IT or relevant fields


• Proven experience in business\-IT alignment


• Expertise in IT strategy and enterprise planning


• Certified in ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, OKR, Scrum or similar frameworks


• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills


• Hands on mentality in strategic leadership


• Familiar with IT financials and business case logic


• Strong communication skills and enterpreneurial thinking


• Fluent in german and english
