IT Senior Business Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.


• Define project scope and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities throughout the project lifecycle.


• Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners during solution development and configuration phases.


• Support and coordinate small IT projects while taking a lead Business Analyst role on larger, high-profile international initiatives.


• Prepare test plans and execute Systems Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end system functionality and data exchanges.


• Assist end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet operational and business expectations.


• Support implementation activities, deployment preparation, and post-go-live operations both remotely and on-site when required.


• Collaborate across multiple sectors including healthcare, automotive, retail, technology, e-commerce, and food industries.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.


• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role within logistics or supply chain environments.


• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, or similar platforms.


• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Experience coordinating stakeholders and facilitating workshops in multicultural and international environments.


• Knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, and software testing methodologies.


• Ability to manage small projects independently and contribute to larger transformation initiatives.


• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.


• High level of English proficiency required.


• Flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe for project-related activities.

• Fully remote position within Europe with flexibility to balance remote and on-site project work.
