IT Sales Manager - Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to promote our products and services.


• Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools.


• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.


• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.


• Share your knowledge with other members of the Team.


• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.


• Basic salary + uncapped commission

• Proven IT sales experience in hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud or infrastructure and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.


• Proficiency in analysing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.


• Familiarity a CRM/CPQ platforms.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.


• A positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year + commission
