<p>As a <strong>Recruitment Consultant</strong>, you’ll combine sales, business development, and account management - building your own network of clients and candidates while driving revenue growth.</p>

<p><strong>What will you do: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prospecting, pitching and converting new clients via calls, emails and online meetings</li>
<li>Growing accounts by developing strong and long-term relationships with decision makers to secure repeat business</li>
<li>Identify and attract top talent to meet your clients needs</li>
<li>Be a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by keeping up to date with the market and be able to offer solutions that add real value</li>
<li>Close deals by negotiating terms, managing the offers and securing successful placements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we are looking for: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You are social, proactive, and a strong communicator</li>
<li>You can work independently but also feel comfortable in a team</li>
<li>You perform well under time pressure and can easily adapt in a fast growing environment</li>
<li>You have a higher professional level of thinking and working</li>
<li>Can speak fluent English and Dutch/German is a plus</li>
<li>Live in and around the Amsterdam area</li>
