IT Project Manager

Mission Overview:

As an IT Project Manager for an ERP Financial project, you will lead the technical management of the ERP project. You will ensure the effective implementation of technological solutions, supervise technical teams, and act as the interface between IT constraints and the needs expressed by finance teams. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead internal development teams, integrators, and the vendor on technical aspects.


• Manage local dependencies and interfaces between the information system and the ERP, along with associated developments.


• Oversee integration projects, data migration by the integrator, and technical testing.


• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with IT and security standards.


• Facilitate communication between IT teams, the functional Project Manager, and finance functional teams to resolve blockages.


• Ensure knowledge transfer from the integrator/vendor to internal IT teams, promoting optimal autonomy post\-production.

Profile Required:

• Master's degree in Finance, IT, or Natural Sciences.


• 15\+ years of project management experience in Finance and 5\+ years in change management.


• Proficiency in a major ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and good knowledge of accounting and financial systems.


• Analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong interpersonal skills.


• Mainframe experience is a plus.


• Fluency in French (C2 level).
