As an IT Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery.


• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.


• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.


• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors.


• Coordinate project activities following the defined project management methodology and delivery processes.


• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure quality standards are met.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Have solid experience managing IT or digital transformation projects.


• Are familiar with project management methodologies, best practices, and tools such as Jira or Confluence.


• Possess strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.


• Are capable of managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing requirements, and working autonomously.


• Have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and operational project activities, with a good understanding of software delivery processes.


• Certifications in Project Management methodologies are highly valued.


• Have a good level of English, written and spoken.
