Job description

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Manage end\-to\-end IT projects in agile or hybrid environments

Define project scope, planning, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate cross\-functional and international teams

Ensure project quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Monitor project progress, budgets, and priorities

Facilitate meetings, reporting, and project governance activities

Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery

Contribute to process improvement and project optimization initiatives

Your Profile

Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Project Management

Good understanding of software development lifecycle and IT environments

Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments

A strong plus if you have

Experience within financial institutions, banking, or insurance sectors

Knowledge of digital transformation or enterprise IT projects

Exposure to international and multicultural environments

Fluent in French is mandatory

English is considered a strong advantage
