More about your role
You will lead the transformation of IT Operations, shaping and delivering a modern, ITIL4\-aligned and AI\-enabled service management model. Working at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you'll define the target operating model, embed end\-to\-end service ownership, and oversee transformation across key service areas such as incident, change, service requests, and monitoring.
You will work closely with programme and project teams to translate strategy into deliverable work, ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones are achieved. You'll play a key role in merger and acquisition activity, leading IT Operations workstreams and ensuring continuity of service during periods of growth and integration.
Alongside this, you will establish a central IT Operations Centre of Expertise, embedding governance, best practice, automation, and continuous improvement. You will engage senior stakeholders across the business, providing clear insight on progress and driving a culture of accountability, performance, and learning.
