Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support daily data center IT operations, including server hardware, network devices, rack\-and\-stack activities, cabling checks, deployment support, and first\-level troubleshooting.

This role is suitable for candidates with hands\-on IT infrastructure, data center support, server maintenance, network device support, or hardware deployment experience. The focus is accurate execution, stable operations, and timely escalation according to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily data center IT operations, including server, network device, rack, cable, and hardware\-related tasks. Perform hardware installation, replacement, basic configuration support, and troubleshooting according to SOPs. Support rack\-and\-stack activities, server deployment, network device installation, cabling checks, and physical layer troubleshooting. Assist with batch deployment, system initialization, asset verification, and operational readiness checks. Monitor operational status, identify abnormalities, and escalate incidents according to established procedures. Support first\-level troubleshooting for server, network, hardware, and connectivity issues. Maintain accurate records of work orders, incident tickets, hardware changes, deployment progress, and operational logs. Work closely with remote technical teams, project managers, customer representatives, facility teams, asset teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations, data center operations, server maintenance, network device support, or hardware deployment. Familiarity with servers, switches, routers, cabling, racks, optical fibers, or basic network infrastructure. Able to follow SOPs and execute operational tasks accurately and safely. Basic troubleshooting ability for hardware, network connectivity, server status, or deployment issues. Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, or data center operational processes is an advantage. Good communication skills in English. Chinese language skills are a plus for internal coordination but not mandatory unless specified by the project. Able to work on\-site and support shift arrangements, standby, or urgent operational tasks when required. Responsible, proactive, and able to work under the operational rhythm of a data center environment.
