SALARY: £50,000 per annum

HOURS: Full Time \- 40 hours per week, based at Daylesford Farm

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to join Bamford Collection and help drive a seamless technology experience across our hospitality, retail and head office teams. This is a varied and hands\-on role at the heart of the business, where you'll work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure our technology services support day\-to\-day operations and future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as the key point of contact for our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP), overseeing service delivery, driving high operational standards and ensuring technology solutions remain aligned with business priorities. Alongside managing escalations and resolving complex issues, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen security and reduce technology risk across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands\-on IT professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, supporting change initiatives and helping to deliver technology solutions that enable Bamford Collection's continued growth and success.

SKILLS \& EXPERTISE

• Proven experience in an IT management, technical services or senior infrastructure/support role


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, modern workplace technologies and IT service delivery


• A solid understanding of networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, and cyber security best practices


• Experience managing third\-party suppliers and outsourced service providers


• A track record of delivering IT improvements and technology change within a business environment


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation


• Hands\-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
