IT Manager

Bright Bloom Creative is looking for an IT Manager who can lead the technology function while keeping systems reliable, secure, and easy for teams to use. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, solve problems practically, and communicate with people who may not speak fluent IT.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee day\-to\-day IT operations, systems, hardware, and user support


• Manage and prioritize technical support across the organization


• Maintain reliable network, infrastructure, devices, applications, and user access


• Lead system upgrades, implementations, and technology improvement projects


• Establish and maintain IT security, backup, and access\-control practices


• Manage technology vendors, service providers, and external partners


• Develop IT procedures, documentation, and asset\-management processes


• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement


• Provide guidance and support to internal users and, where required, IT team members

• Experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, or technical support


• Strong understanding of networks, systems, hardware, software, and security


• Proven ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities


• Strong troubleshooting and decision\-making skills


• Excellent communication with both technical and non\-technical teams


• Comfortable working with vendors, budgets, and technology planning


• A practical, service\-focused approach to technology leadership

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year
