Job Description

ING is looking for a highly experienced IT Integrator / Senior Test Manager with strong coordination, technical and stakeholder management skills to contribute to large\-scale Customer \& Data programs within a complex banking environment. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, driving and delivering end\-to\-end testing across a large landscape of systems, teams and dependencies.

You are a key connector between Business, Architecture and IT, capable of guiding complex change initiatives across multiple squads, domains and stakeholders. About the environment

You will be part of the IT Integrator Chapter within the Customer \& Data domain, covering several areas, including:

• KYC and Onboarding


• Customer Data


• Fraud and 1:1 Analytics


• Data Management

This role explicitly requires a senior profile with proven experience in large\-scale, complex end\-to\-end testing environments. This is not a traditional “lead of a testing team” role, but a position focused on orchestrating testing activities across multiple squads where testing is largely performed within the teams themselves.

The ideal candidate:

• Does not wait for fully detailed requirements, but proactively takes ownership and drives progress forward.

The team is specifically looking for a Senior Test Manager with sufficient hands\-on capabilities to dive deeper into technical topics while maintaining oversight of a large and complex program landscape. Responsibilities End\-to\-end test coordination

• Coordinate and drive end\-to\-end test activities across complex programs and multi\-system landscapes.


• Organize testing across large numbers of interconnected components, teams and dependencies.


• Ensure alignment of integrations, handovers, dependencies and data flows across domains.


• Ensure traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases and test evidence.


• Coordinate technical acceptance testing aimed at achieving business acceptance.


• Support squads during test execution by resolving functional and technical dependencies and clarifying expected behavior.

Test preparation \& organization

• Operationalize the existing test strategy within the program.


• Prepare all required test conditions, including: test data; use\-case administration; test environments; integration flows; system dependencies.


• Facilitate collaboration between business teams, engineers, testers and program management.

Planning, delivery \& risk Management

• Develop and steer the overall testing roadmap.


• Proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks within complex delivery programs.


• Coordinate dependencies between squads, workstreams and stakeholders.


• Drive timely and high\-quality delivery within a dynamic environment.

Technical support \& quality oversight

• Be capable of investigating and understanding technical issues in depth.


• Analyze and understand: logs; network calls; integrations; back\-end data flows.


• Ensure adherence to testing standards, architectural guidelines and best practices.


• Align functional, integration, performance, security and data validation testing into one coherent end\-to\-end approach.


• Experience with test automation is required; experience with Robot Framework is strongly preferred.

Stakeholder management \& communication

• Work closely with developers, engineers, product leads, business stakeholders and management.


• Act as the central orchestrator across domains and teams.


• Remove impediments and drive alignment across stakeholders.


• Communicate effectively on operational, tactical and senior management levels.

Requirements

What you bring Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Integrator and/or Senior Test Manager within the banking sector.


• Proven experience in large\-scale, complex end\-to\-end test environments with multiple interconnected systems.


• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple squads and domains.


• Strong experience within complex delivery organizations with many dependencies.


• Strong technical credibility and the ability to independently investigate and troubleshoot issues.


• Experience with test automation; Robot Framework experience is a strong plus.


• Experience within ING is strongly preferred.


• Knowledge of the ING Business Banking landscape is highly desirable.

Nice\-to\-have

• Experience within Business Banking.


• Experience with KYC and onboarding processes.


• Experience with customer\-facing digital processes.

What we offer

• Contract for six months, with possible extension


• 36\-hour workweek with a hybrid working model (office \& home\-based)


• Gross monthly salary: € 6\.500,60 – € 7\.421,92 (based on 36 hours/week and relevant experience)


• Additional benefits: holiday allowance, 13th month salary, pension contribution
