We are looking for a dedicated, quality\-focused, and resilient IT First\-Level Supporter to join our dynamic logistics site in Neuenburg am Rhein and help us make the most of its potential.

Working in a two\-shift model (05:00–23:00 / Saturday 05:00–18:00\), you’ll be the first point of contact when unexpected IT issues occur. You’ll help troubleshoot problems, support our employees, and make sure our operations keep running smoothly.

Your responsibilities

• First point of contact for all IT hardware incidents on the logistics floor


• Share knowledge and procedures with logistics employees during troubleshooting, so recurring issues can be solved independently


• Resolve incidents directly on\-site or guide staff to the correct escalation path


• Act as on\-site liaison for external IT partners during Pickett/Blocker emergencies


• Procure IT hardware for new and existing workstations Set up workstations including physical cabling and network connection


• Replace defective hardware


• Collaborate with 2nd Level Support (System Engineers / ICT): escalate, implement, and validate proposed solution

Your skills

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networks, and IT systems in a logistics environment


• Practical experience with endpoint devices: scanners, label printers, handheld terminals, industrial hardware


• Ability to perform diagnostics, resets, cabling, and simple configurations


• Comfortable learning new tools quickly — formal deep expertise is less important than curiosity and adaptability


• A background or education in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in) is an advantage, but not mandatory


• You build trust through consistent and reliable actions


• You use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
