We are looking for:

An experienced Network Program Manager to join Syensqo’s IT team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing network solutions that drive our organization’s transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Define and Drive Strategy:

+ Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for network solutions aligned with Syensqo’s goals.
+ Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Develop and Implement Solutions:

+ Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to design and deploy robust network solutions.
+ Ensure solutions meet quality standards and support business operations.

• Manage the Solution Lifecycle:

+ Oversee the entire lifecycle of network solutions, from planning to implementation and optimization.
+ Plan and execute upgrades to maintain relevance and performance.

• Engage Stakeholders:

+ Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
+ Tailor solutions to enhance user experience and organizational value.

• Monitor Performance:

+ Use key metrics and analytics to assess solution performance.
+ Identify and implement improvements as needed.

• Foster Collaboration:

+ Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
+ Promote teamwork to achieve solution goals.

• Champion Innovation and Sustainability:

+ Encourage sustainable practices and innovation, supporting Syensqo’s commitment to decarbonization and circularity by design.

You will bring:

Education \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, or network\-specific certifications) is a plus.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure or network management within a global corporate environment.


• Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing network solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and lifecycle management.


• Strong track record of collaborating with cross\-functional teams.


• Experience engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.


• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in network management.
