Role Overview

Are you an experienced IFS Consultant who has a sound understanding of Asset Management and looking for a new opportunity with a fast\-growing global business?

Reporting to the Team Lead, this highly visible role will see you at the forefront of delivering premium IFS offerings directly with Platned customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement\-gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and configure the IFS Asset Management and Service Management modules accordingly.

  • Design and develop solutions that meet client requirements by configuring the IFS Asset Management and Service Management modules.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and integration of the IFS Asset Management and Service Management modules.

  • Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues or bugs, and ensure the solution meets the defined quality standards.

  • Provide training and support to end\-users on the effective use of the IFS Asset Management and Service Management modules.

  • Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and validation.

  • Stay updated with the latest IFS Asset Management and Service Management features, releases, and enhancements and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionalities to optimize business processes.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide consultancy on best practices for utilizing the IFS FSM/PSO modules.

  • Develop documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user guides.

  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, deliverables, and budgetary constraints.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • A bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, Computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ of proven experience as an IFS Asset Management and Service Management Consultant, implementing and configuring the IFS Asset Management and Service Management modules.

  • Strong understanding of field service management, Planning and scheduling Optimization, and Mobile work order processes.

  • Experience with system integration and data migration activities.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross\-functional teams.

  • IFS Certified Trainer, with a track record of delivering IFS training sessions to partners and customers.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Certification in IFS Asset Management and Service Management modules is a plus.

  • Experience in demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to guide teams, support peers, and share expertise, will be an added advantage.
