We are a dedicated Microsoft IT service provider, and we are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Administrative Assistant who embodies meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • As an IT Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the administration and billing of recurring services to our customers.

  • Keeping quality standards, you support project managers and executives in billing, report writing and coordination of various tasks.

  • You manage the incentive programs of Microsoft and other partners and ensure the correct allocation.

  • You map our products commercially in the isolutions Marketplace and ensure that customers can always book services. You train customers using the Marketplace and ensure regular checks.

  • You process ourcustomers'orders from our online store and train users in how to use them.

We would like you to bring:


  • 2\+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer\-facing role.

  • You are reliable, detail and solution\-oriented, have high quality standards and a passion for administrative tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders.

  • Preferably, you have already worked for IT service providers.

  • Fluent/native level of German (at least C1\) and fluent level of English.
