About The Role
You will be part of the Client Management Team SMO, NGO GOV within IOH with responsibility for a portfolio of tailored European‑headquartered Non\-Governmental Organizations and Governmental Organizations clients. It is a consultative, data‑driven client and broker management position, centred on building strong short‑, medium‑, and long‑term stakeholder relationships, managing accounts end‑to‑end from inception to renewal. The role requires strong commercial credibility, the ability to translate client needs into practical business solutions, and close performance oversight to ensure financial and service outcomes are effectively managed.
Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact and person of trust for your clients and brokers
Monitor swift implementation of new clients, brokers and services
Build client and broker intimacy and maintain excellent working relationships with the various key stakeholders of the client and the broker
Provide consultative guidance
Maximize client retention by negotiating contract renewals at sustainable rates
Learn and self\-develop continuously through trainings and other learning opportunities
Participate actively in various internal projects, contributing to organisational strategy and organisational learning
Pro\-actively identify and pursue up\- and cross\-sell opportunities
Align the company’s service proposition to the client’s needs while ensuring operational efficiency
Coordinate complaint and problem resolution with other departments
What Youll Bring To The Role
Previous experience in Employee Benefits, Financial Services or Consulting, preferably in an international context (ideally with NGO/Government clients and with brokers)
Affinity with collation of data and statistical analysis
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong knowledge of English. French is a plus
