ABOUT TOP TIER IMPACT
Top Tier Impact (TTI) is a curated global network of 600\+ impact investors, fund managers, and founders across 50\+ countries. We operate at the intersection of capital, community, and systems change — connecting the right people to deploy capital into ventures that matter.
THE ROLE
This role sits at the core of what TTI does. You will support our Capital Mobilization service — helping match high\-potential ventures and funds with the right capital partners through rigorous research, sharp synthesis, and strategic relationship intelligence.
You will work with real mandates, gain access to TTI's proprietary investor database, and get a behind\-the\-scenes view of how warm introductions between capital and founders actually get made. This is a high\-signal environment for anyone serious about impact finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain investor longlists — mapping thesis fit, check size, geography, and stage focus for active mandates
- Conduct weekly investor intelligence: identify top\-priority investors to cultivate for current client companies
- Research investor theses and portfolio activity to surface alignment signals for deal matching
- Prepare concise deal briefs and investor\-facing summaries that support warm introductions
- Monitor the impact investing landscape across climate tech, nature finance, food systems, and emerging markets
- Support the Capital Mobilization team with workflow tools, synthesis, and research automation using AI
- MBA student with genuine interest in impact investing, climate finance, or sustainable capital markets
- Solid understanding of the investment landscape: blended finance, venture, private equity, and emerging market dynamics
- Confident using AI tools for research, synthesis, and workflow support — this is non\-negotiable
- High attention to detail and ability to produce clean, concise written outputs
- Self\-directed and comfortable working in a fast\-moving, distributed team
- Bonus: familiarity with CRM tools (Folk, Notion, Apollo) and global networks in climate or impact
- Direct exposure to real capital mobilization mandates — not simulated, not theoretical
- Access to TTI's global investor database and curated network of 600\+ impact finance professionals
- Mentorship from practitioners operating at the intersection of capital, community, and regenerative systems
- A strong professional reference and introduction network within impact investing globally
- Experience you can point to in interviews: real deal flow, real investors, real outcomes
