Investor Operations Officer (M/F/D)

We are currently recruiting an :

Investor Operations Officer (M/F/D)

In this middle/back\-office role, you will be instrumental in managing cash flows, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and maintaining robust operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Flow \& Booking Management: Record incoming cash flows across various mandate portfolios using eFront. Monitor accounts actively and escalate any non\-payments.


• Account Setup \& Data Maintenance: Manage the opening of bank accounts within eFront and keep all static data accurate and up to date.


• Reconciliation \& Investigation: Perform regular checks on cash balances and deposits. Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies with the Finance team to ensure completeness.


• Audit \& Control Support (ISAE): Assist in internal control checks and ISAE audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.


• Documentation \& System Upgrades: Maintain End\-User Computing (EUC) documentation. Review and update technical documentation for tools like Alteryx and Tableau, and support the team during filing system migrations.


• Team Collaboration: Act as a strong team player, providing cross\-coverage for colleagues during holiday periods to ensure continuous operational flow.

Please note that this position has highly specific requirements. Applications that do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.

• Mandatory Education: You must hold a University degree (postgraduate level highly preferred) in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.


• Strict Experience Window (3 to 6 Years): You must have strictly between 3 and 6 years of relevant professional experience in payments, settlements, middle\-office, or back\-office operations within the banking or financial sector.


• + Less than 3 years of experience: Not accepted.

Additional Qualifications \& Tech Skills

• Strong foundational knowledge of middle or back\-office operational tasks.


• Excellent, fully proficient command of written and spoken English. (Fluency in other EU languages is a strong plus).


• Familiarity with the European Investment Fund’s (EIF) mission, organization, and procedures is highly advantageous.


• Tech Stack Bonus: Practical knowledge of PowerApps, Alteryx, and Tableau will be considered a significant asset.

• Highly detail\-oriented with a commitment to precision and data accuracy.


• Proactive, autonomous, and equipped with a strong problem\-solving mindset.


• Organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, and comfortable working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.


• Adaptable and flexible to changing operational demands.
