The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Investment Sales Executive to generate new business and grow client relationships. You’ll manage a pipeline, pitch investment opportunities, close deals, and work closely with the investment team to match products to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and develop new client relationships (HNWIs, family offices, intermediaries).
- Present and sell investment products and solutions, from initial pitch through to close.
- Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare proposals, pitch materials and client documentation.
- Work with investment and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post\-sale support.
- Attend client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
- 2\+ years’ sales experience in investments, private equity, wealth management, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in client\-facing settings.
- Relationship\-driven, self\-motivated and results\-oriented.
- Basic understanding of financial products and investment structures.
- Relevant certifications or licences a plus (e.g., CFA, CISI, FCA permissions where applicable).
- Competitive basic salary (£25,000\) with OTE of £100,000 — uncapped commission structure.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
