Investment Broker

Salary: £25,000 basic \+ OTE £100,000 (uncapped commission)

Our client is a fast\-growing investment firm focused on identifying and selling high\-quality investment products to private and institutional clients. We move fast, value results, and reward top performers.

The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Investment Sales Executive to generate new business and grow client relationships. You’ll manage a pipeline, pitch investment opportunities, close deals, and work closely with the investment team to match products to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and develop new client relationships (HNWIs, family offices, intermediaries).

  • Present and sell investment products and solutions, from initial pitch through to close.

  • Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Prepare proposals, pitch materials and client documentation.

  • Work with investment and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post\-sale support.

  • Attend client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2\+ years’ sales experience in investments, private equity, wealth management, or financial services.

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in client\-facing settings.

  • Relationship\-driven, self\-motivated and results\-oriented.

  • Basic understanding of financial products and investment structures.

  • Relevant certifications or licences a plus (e.g., CFA, CISI, FCA permissions where applicable).
