Are you an investment, project\-finance or transaction professional looking to take greater ownership of renewable\-energy investments? Do you enjoy building financial models, assessing commercial risk and helping projects progress from initial evaluation through to financing or closing?

We are looking for finance professionals for current and upcoming Investment Manager opportunities across Germany's renewable\-energy market.

The Market Opportunity

This position sits across investment, M\&A and project finance, supporting the assessment, development and acquisition of wind, solar and battery\-storage projects for a major European green energy company.

You will work on commercially significant assets and gain exposure to the full investment process, rather than being limited to a single financial analysis workstream.

Typical Scope

• Assess renewable\-energy projects and investment opportunities.


• Build and develop financial models covering valuations, returns, cash flow, debt sizing and sensitivities.


• Support due diligence across financial, legal, technical, tax and commercial workstreams.


• Prepare investment recommendations and materials for senior decision\-makers.


• Work with developers, lenders, investors, advisers and internal project teams.


• Support financing processes, transaction negotiations and commercial agreements.


• Help progress projects towards FID, financing or transaction close.

About You

• Three or more years of experience in investment, M\&A, project finance, banking, infrastructure finance or transaction advisory.


• Strong financial\-modelling and valuation capability.


• Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure or a relevant transferable sector.


• Commercial judgement and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.


• Professional fluency in German and English.
