Join our dynamic Regulatory Support and Operations (RSO) team, blending deep industry knowledge with advanced technical expertise in investment funds. We deliver proactive compliance and regulatory services to leading global clients.

Key areas we cover:

• Cross\-Border Distribution regulatory support: Support leading asset managers in understanding the regulatory framework applicable to cross\-border distribution of funds by identifying, interpreting, and monitoring regulatory requirements.


• Marketing Compliance: Review promotional materials to ensure seamless alignment with EU and local regulations.


• Investment Compliance: Assess assets eligibility, identification of investment restrictions applicable to investment funds. Support to Management Companies for any question they may have on Investment Compliance requirements and market practices.

How you’ll contribute to our success

• Master local regulations shaping UCITS and AIF cross\-border distribution worldwide.


• Lead maintenance and development of our proprietary regulatory database;


• Provide expert interpretation of rules for funds across multiple jurisdictions;


• Advise on regulatory changes and their business implications;


• Spearhead client projects with end\-to\-end ownership;


• Cultivate and expand key relationships with asset managers while growing our network;


• Leverage AI tools to automate, optimize quality, and elevate client satisfaction;


• Design innovative service offerings and drive business development to grow our client portfolio.

Your skills
---------------

• Master's degree in Law (required); Economics or Business Administration as a strong alternative;


• 3\-5\+ years in investment funds, ideally regulatory compliance, law firm, or equivalent—mastering EU frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs, SFDR) and Luxembourg regulations;


• Proven track record handling complex projects (e.g., regulatory change implementations);


• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development


• Entrepreneurial mindset: innovative, proactive, results\-oriented;


• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; thrives autonomously under pressure;


• Be fluent in English – any other language is an advantage .
