Your Responsibilities
- Optimize global inventory levels to achieve target Days on Hand and service levels
- Enhance transparency of inventory health across Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Spare Parts
- Coordinate and coach cross\-functional teams to identify and reduce unhealthy inventory (e.g., excess, understock, allocated, blocked stock)
- Identify structural root causes of inventory inefficiencies and implement sustainable, systemic improvements
- Lead initiatives to reduce inventory loss to target levels through root\-cause\-driven actions
- Guide planning and business unit teams in identifying and resolving drivers of inventory loss
- Partner with Master Planning, Regional Planning, and Repair Planning to optimize stock levels and network positioning
- Collaborate with Risk Management, CMSO, and Business Units to integrate resiliency measures and balance cost, cash, and service trade\-offs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of governance frameworks for inventory optimization, loss reduction, and transparency
- Support the Global Head of Inventory and Supply Chain Planning in strengthening governance structures and decision\-making frameworks
- Ensure integration of inventory policies into broader organizational governance
- Drive continuous improvement of global inventory management practices, increasing visibility, alignment, and execution consistency
- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in planning or inventory improvement initiatives in complex, international environments
- Strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management, with solid knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
- Proven ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements, supported by strong problem\-solving and analytical capabilities
- Advanced data\-driven decision\-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and decision support
- Experience working in cross\-functional, global organizations, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset, with Lean certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
