Hours of work: 22\.75 (13\.75 hrs of TA3 role and 9 hrs of WCA role) per week.

Working pattern: Part\-time, term\-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6\.05 weeks annual leave).

As the position is part\-time/term\-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

We place inclusion at the heart of everything we do and are committed to supporting the academic, social and emotional development of all our pupils. We are now seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic TA3 to join our team.

This role will involve delivering targeted intervention support, working closely with individuals and small groups of pupils to help them achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in adapting learning, tracking progress and supporting classroom teachers in meeting the needs of all learners. Speech and Language experience is desirable but not essential

In addition, the role includes leading and supporting positive play experiences during lunchtime, helping to create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for our children. You will encourage active play, support positive relationships and promote our school values throughout this important part of the day.

This position also includes a Wraparound Care Assistant contract. The successful candidate will lead fun, engaging and creative after\-school sessions, ensuring that children continue to experience our nurturing ethos beyond the classroom. Wraparound care launched at Catsfield 18 months ago and has since grown into a successful and vibrant provision valued by our families.
