In Group Strategy, the Corporate Development and Strategic Steering department performs the tasks of a traditional strategy and corporate M\&A department. These include, among other things, the development of strategic options for the RBI Group and/or its subsidiaries, the implementation thereof (e.g. acquisitions, divestments,…), the preparation of market and competitive analyses, and the development of strategic projects.

- You support us in conducting market and competitive analyses (incl. collaboration with experts from different areas of the bank, e.g. Finance, Risk, Business Lines, etc.)
- You assist in the development of strategic plans and ad\-hoc projects
- You assist in the preparation and execution of potential M\&A projects
- You prepare information and decision documents for the RBI Board and the top management
- You assist in the organization of board meetings and strategy workshops
- This job is made for you, if...
- you are an active student at a university or university of applied sciences, majoring in business administration, economics, mathematics or similar
- you speak English at a professional level. German or an additional CEE language is a plus
- you are experienced in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in other IT tools and applications such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ are a plus
- you like to challenge the status quo to drive performance
- you have a strong interest in banking, finance, M\&A, and capital markets
- you are quick on the uptake and complete tasks in a structured manner
