<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Reading the current team as a set of personalities and strengths (MBTI, working styles, status quo), then defining who we need to hire to complement it, not duplicate it</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hiring against strategy, OKRs, and utilization, not against open reqs</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proactively and constantly searching for the best people in the world to build championship teams, not reactively filling seats</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Building the system that makes this scale: automations, workflows, and tooling (Claude Code, n8n, Make) so the talent engine runs without manual funnel work</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">How to build championship teams from scratch</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">What AAA talent actually means, how to spot it, and how to win it</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">How to bring in the best people in the world, not the most available ones</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">How to design and automate high-performing talent and business systems in a high-stakes environment</li>

<h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>What you will own</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build the talent engine end to end with the Head of People: sourcing strategy, interview systems, evaluation frameworks, pipeline infrastructure</li>
<li>Map the current team (personalities, strengths, OKRs, capacity) and translate strategy into complementary hiring plans</li>
<li>Automate the system: build workflows and tooling with Claude Code, n8n, and Make so sourcing, screening, and ops run proactively, not manually</li>
<li>Run the talent cycle end to end: screening, scheduling, candidate communication, debrief coordination (Bar Raiser), final-stage logistics</li>
<li>Build venture and business systems alongside talent: market and technology mapping, competitive analysis, opportunity assessment, partner research in the fusion and deep-tech space</li>
</ul>
<h3 id="skills-heading" class="external-panel__heading"><strong>What you bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Student or recent graduate in business, economics, Wirtschaftsinformatik, STEM, or related</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Systems thinker: you see how the parts connect, not just the task in front of you</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable building with automation tools (Claude Code, n8n, Make) or fast to learn them</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Exceptionally structured, fast, and reliable. You finish what you start</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong analytical and written communication skills</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">High standards and judgment. You can tell the difference between good and great</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a high-pace environment</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Fluent English; German is a plus</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">First experience in venture development, consulting, VC, or startups is a plus, not required</li>
