Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Talent Acquisition \& Training Intern to support our HR Talent team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities. This role offers hands\-on experience in the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating with new hires and internal teams.
- Help organize and track training programs, workshops, and development sessions for employees.
- Collaborate in maintaining HR databases and reports related to talent acquisition and training activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Conduct basic research on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail\-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HR tools is a plus.
- Interest in talent development and employee engagement.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (spoken and written).
