Internship: Software Developer - Tools (m/f/d)

We are looking for a student, studying at a university in the greater area of Graz, to support our Toolchain team and gain hands\-on experience part time, in parallel to their studies.

Your responsibilities:

• Development, testing and debugging of SW Tool components (in Java, Python, C, C\+\+, RUST and C\#)


• Automation of build and test systems using Jenkins


• Implementation and maintenance of technical documentation


• Supporting tool development by analysing and reproducing reported failures and verifying fixes

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering, SW development, Mathematics, or similar


• Java or C\+\+ programming skills


• Experience with Python, C, C\#, RUST, git, SVN and/or Jenkins would be a bonus


• Proficiency in spoken and written English


• Independent and accurate working style


• Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a changing environment


• Good communication skills


• Availability 20 hours per week

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2\.600\- gross/month for full\-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
