The internship
Join HEINEKEN’s Regional Talent \& Leadership team and contribute to shaping the future workforce across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This internship offers hands\-on experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Leadership Development, working closely with senior stakeholders. You will support strategic initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive diversity and performance across the region.

Your new team and workplace
You will join the Regional Talent \& Leadership team, focused on driving talent, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The team tackles key challenges such as building future\-ready capabilities across diverse markets while operating in a fast\-paced environment that demands a high level of agility.
You will work closely with the Regional Talent \& Leadership Managers for Europe and Africa \& Middle East (AME). While they are part of the Global Talent \& Leadership Team, they also collaborate extensively with regional stakeholders, bridging global strategy with local execution.

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Program
- You take initiative, are hands\-on, and care about doing things well

- You are eager to learn, get involved, and grow in an international environment where you can make an impact
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus!
Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
+ In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:
- A full\-time internship, starting on September 1, 2026
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
- Your home office will be located in Amsterdam.
- At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
- You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40\-hour workweek
- You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full\-time internship)
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
