Internship - Project Manager Business Development

Infinity Global is a leading service provider in luxury packaging, partnering with prestigious international brands in fashion, beauty, and retail. We design and deliver innovative, sustainable, and tailor\-made packaging solutions that enhance the brand experience worldwide.

Duration: Minimum internship period 4\-6 months, from September2026 onwards. With opportunity to extend and possibility to be employed as Jr. Project Manager after studies are completed.

Contract: Internship agreement required

Type: Full time (5 days a week) internship based in Paris office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on real international projects with top\-tier luxury clients


• Ensure all project issues, opportunities, and inquiries are addressed, documented, monitored to resolution, and communicated internally/externally on a regular basis


• Analyze multiple costing models for each assigned customer project/program


• Create and maintain development/production timelines specific to each assigned customer project/program


• Manage and communicate detailed information to suppliers, customers, and internal team members to ensure successful development and transition of paper and textile retail packaging projects


• Develop and raise awareness of international business practices and procedures within the department


• Assist in departmental and special projects as directed by the manager.


• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by team lead, which could include, but are not limited to, the organization of samples, labeling and shipment of samples, and meeting coordination

• End\-of\-year student (Business, Engineering, Data analysis or related field).


• Strong skills in data analysis and project management.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.


• Fluent in English langauge. French language skills will be a plus.


• Strong interest in luxury, fashion, or packaging industries.


• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.

• A 6\-month immersive internship in the luxury packaging sector.


• Exposure to prestigious global clients and innovative projects.
