Your mission:

In our Project Management Competences\-Team you support the coordination and execution of various project\- and process management support and improvement initiatives whilst learning from a broad and experienced community of Project\- and Process Management Practitioners and Experts

Your tasks:
---------------

• Contribute to the coordination and execution of various transformation and improvement\-initiatives within Skyguide's Project Management\-Framework (Procedures, Guidance, Trainings \& Tools)


• Support with operational duties and tasks within Skyguide's Project Management\-Framework (e.g. Organization \& Scheduling of Trainings, Workshops, Initiatives)


• Lead and coordinate certain continuous improvement initiatives within Skyguide's Project Management\-Framework (e.g. improvement of Community Engagement)


• Support and contribute to Skyguide's Project Management Community in questions involving Internal Procedures, Training and Tools


• Support larger Projects/Programs with the creation and coordination of deliverables and management in the Project Management\-System (SAP PPM) in the role of Project Management\-Officer

• Bachelor degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science, economical, or technical oriented discipline


• Project Management basic education or equivalent level of experience and/or interest in Project Management Methodology


• Motivation: You are driven by purpose, taking initiative to move things forward


• Continuous learning: You are curious and actively seek out and engage in learning opportunities and transfer the acquired knowledge in your daily work


• Fluent in English and German, French a plus
