We are looking for a (graduate) student, with an analytical mind, who is passionate about Digital Transformation and interested in learning more about how we use AI in today’s fast\-changing international environment
The internship
Do you have an analytical mind? Are you strong in delivering tangible results and passionate about business \& technology and proactive in sharing your ideas? You like to work in a diverse environment impacting many people in our organisation? Then we have the ideal role for you in our Procurement Team in HEINEKEN.
The cross\-functional aim led by the procurement function is to enable thousands of our colleagues all over the globe with new procurement processes and tools. To support the AI and digital transformation projects, we have an exciting open position in the Digital Transformation team to bring that extra creative skillset.
In this internship you will be responsible for planning, building, tracking and analysing tasks across use cases. You will:
- Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and digital transformation teams, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of AI projects.
- Collaborating with colleagues globally to enhance the user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency of digital tools and AI solutions.
- Developing content such as presentations, reports, and training materials to support the communication and implementation of AI solutions and digital adoption strategies.
- Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing AI solutions and digital adoption efforts.
- Driving change management and communications across platforms.
The internship is based in Schiphol and available as of 1st September for the duration of 5\-6 months. You will be working closely with the Digital Transformation Team in Heineken Global Procurement to align on the strategic direction for AI use cases and digital adoption.
The digital transformation team is a diverse team of subject matter experts and project managers that look after the successful global deployment of procurement tools.

Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
+ In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
+ You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
+ You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
Our Internship Conditions
During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:
- A full\-time internship, starting on September 1, 2026
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
- Your home office will be located in Amsterdam (Schiphol)
- At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
- You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40\-hour workweek
- You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full\-time internship)
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
