Operationsprovide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high\-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
You will be a member of the Quality Control \& Mobile team, reporting to the head of the team.
In this role you will work on quality\-control\-related activities for the three teams (*Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Private Equity*) and occasionally provide support to the production teams during peak periods.Your role

You will assist our Quality Control \& Mobile team for the fund operations processes :
- Providing support operational teams in their daily tasks,
- Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework,
- Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs and the procedure framework review,
- Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery.

Qualifications and experience:
- Pursuing a university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Knowledge in fund operations,
- Experience in process and data analysis,
- Project management and organizational skills,
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Spoken fluency in English and French.
- Flexibility and agility,
- Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
