Internship Marketing Operations

During the Marketing Operations internship, you will have the opportunity to further develop yourself within a creative and international marketing environment. You will support the team with a variety of operational, administrative and creative tasks that contribute to the smooth organization of marketing activities.

In this role, you will contribute to the daily support of the marketing team. This includes coordinating shipments, updating internal documents and tracking tools, organizing archives and gathering inspiration and research materials. You work in a structured and accurate way and help keep processes and materials clear and well\-organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing and coordinating parcel shipments and following up on deliveries;


• Updating spreadsheets and internal tracking tools;


• Supporting the upkeep and organization of the office space;


• Maintaining and updating archive inventories, including fabrics, fashion, styling and brand materials;


• Assisting with lobby styling and seasonal decoration updates;


• Taking meeting notes and summarizing key actions;


• Organizing and maintaining digital files and folders;


• Updating stock keeping unit lists and stock tracking documents;


• Supporting the creation of presentations, including formatting slides, placing visuals and adding annotations based on guidelines;


• Gathering design references and creating mood boards;


• Conducting competitor and market research;


• Organizing and maintaining visual inspiration libraries.

• You are currently studying Marketing, International Business or a related field


• You have a hands\-on and proactive mentality;


• You work in a structured, accurate and organized way;


• You have good communication skills and are able to work with different stakeholders;


• You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing;


• Knowledge of Adobe Design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.

• A challenging and educational internship of 20 weeks or longer;


• An internship allowance of €450 per month based on 32–40 hours per week, or pro rata;


• A workplace located in the center of Helmond, within walking distance of the train station;
