The M\&A team, reporting to the Head M\&A within the CFO area, is responsible for group\-wide M\&A activities and investment management. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of SIX by contributing to strategic M\&A projects and supporting the management of our investments. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

This is a 6\-month internship, starting in January 2027 (or beginning of February 2027 at the latest).

What You Will Do
--------------------

• Assisting the SIX M\&A team in ongoing transactions and strategic M\&A initiatives


• Support on financial models \& company valuations and conduct strategic analyses


• Carrying out research on market trends, industry development and potential target companies


• Helping on the management of complex M\&A projects by ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders


• Prepare high\-quality presentations and materials for internal decision\-making bodies

• A university degree in economics, finance, or management (a technical or industrial engineering background with a strong finance interest is also welcome)


• Ideally, prior experience in M\&A / investment banking or strategy consulting


• Strong MS Office skills (esp. Excel and Power Point)


• Solid planning and organizational abilities, combined with analytical and conceptual thinking skills


• Fluency in English is a must, German and / or Spanish is a plus
