About this Position

Join our Global Commercial Excellence team and contribute to a strategic transformation program shaping Henkel Adhesives’ future distribution model. Unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digitalization, data analytics, and program management.

What you´ll do

• Support the execution of the Program, including key workstreams and sub\-projects coordination;


• Drive data analytics and visualization activities (e.g., Power BI dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting)


• Facilitate cross\-functional collaboration and ensure structured communication across teams


• Contribute to the digitalization of distribution processes and tools


• Consolidate and analyze global inputs to derive actionable insights


• Support program management activities, including presentations, workshops planning, documentations

What makes you a good fit

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Data Analytics or similar


• Experience in data analysis and visualization; ability to translate data into insights


• Strong proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel; Power BI is a clear advantage


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a global environment


• Highly structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail


• Motivation to manage complex tasks and program elements independently


• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast\-paced, transformation\-driven environment


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving mindset


• Fluent in English

• A gross monthly salary in line with the market of €2\.798,\- on a full\-time basis, in the case of a compulsory internship a gross monthly salary of €1\.617,\- on a full\-time basis
