Tasks

At the end of your internship, you'll have built \>3 new locations (car inspection centres) \- from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:
- Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. Focus on NRW.
- Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech\-enabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings.
- Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
- Embrace a mobile role, spending the majority of your internship on‑site \& on\-the\-road and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
- Enhance our operations by identifying site‑specific issues and collaborating with our headquarters team to implement tech‑driven solutions.

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's (min. 4th semester) or master’s programme.
- Fully fluent in German (C2\) and a valid driver's license (B) is a must.
- Getting your hands dirty in an ops\-heavy role is music to your ears.
- Experienced in fast‑paced environments is a plus (e.g., hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Available for 3\-9 months in Berlin/NRW from Q2/Q3 '26\.

- Compensation: You will be paid even if it is a mandatory Internship (Pflichtpraktikum). Based on the duration of the internship this will be between 2\.300\-2\.600 EUR.
- End‑to‑End Ownership: You'll have direct touch points with our founders. Make a real impact from day one and roll\-out new locations across Germany in collaboration with our Co\-Founder and Expansion Manager.

- Prime Location: Work from our central Berlin Mitte office, our Nuremberg office located in the city's leading start\-up incubator. However, on most days you'll be on\-site at the new locations you'll be building.
- High\-Intensity Start\-up Experience: Our non‑remote culture runs from 8:45am – No work after 8pm. Weekends are sacred. Bias for action, we are getting things done today.
