The candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering team at Pirelli headquarter. He/She will be involved as Automation Engineer in managing projects, designing, simulation and testing automated machinery for all the Pirelli factories in the world.
This role is designed for entry\-level profiles seeking to develop expertise in automation and process engineering within an industrial environment.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Design and standardize automation software solutions for new machines and upgrades to existing equipment.
- Develop and standardize CAM software solutions to integrate product and process design into machine application software.
- Support technical scouting activities related to emerging processes, automation solutions, and enabling technologies.
- Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field with equivalent technical competencies.
- Foundational knowledge of automation and robotics.
- Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools.
- Basic knowledge of C\# and Git.
- Strong problem\-setting and problem\-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Fluency in English.
