Job Description

You are joining the Development team of the corporate department at Natixis Interépargne, which is looking for a commercial assistant trainee for an internship of 6 months from October 2026 .

In direct contact with the team’s sales representatives, you support them in their efforts to win new clients and enhance the offer.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Support for sales teams

+ Support sales reps in preparing their prospecting and development activities.
+ Participate in the structuring of commercial processes (prospect lists, action tracking, updating internal databases, reporting, etc.).

• Creating Visual Assets

+ Design visuals and graphic elements for oral presentations (PowerPoint, PDF documents, infographics, etc.).
+ Propose creative ideas to make the materials more impactful and educational.

• Improvement of graphic coherence

+ Harmonise the graphic charter and visual consistency of our documents, particularly in connection with calls for tenders.
+ Contribute to the update and optimization of presentation models used by the team.

• Monitoring \& prospecting

+ Ensure a watch of the current affairs of companies (economic, financial, regulatory, etc.)
+ Identify new targets through different channels: internal databases and tools, economic news, social networks, press articles.

• Animation of the prospect network

+ Participate in facilitating a network of prospects by disseminating information on:

• Our developments in terms of tools \& services,


• The new investment supports,


• Regulatory changes and their impacts.

+ Contribute to the writing or formatting of content (emails, posts, briefs, information materials).

• Commercial canvassing (according to profile)

+ Depending on your ease and appetite, participate in prospecting actions through different channels: email, social media, phone.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
---------------------------------------------

As a BAC\+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in commerce, marketing or communication.

You have experience in a company, ideally with creative assignments in a commercial environment.

You are familiar with office and creative tools: Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

You are fluent in layout and visual creation.

You are creative, dynamic, rigorous and comfortable with the design of visual materials (presentations, infographics...).

You have an appetite for commercial prospecting and are interested in the world of asset management, and more broadly in economic and financial news.
