POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining the Projects \& Portfolio Management team within the Business Management department, which is looking for a Project management officer, for an internship of 6 months, from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Control and ensure the reliability of project information, monitor project reporting campaigns: information collection, follow\-up with stakeholders, consolidation of responses;


• Verify the completeness of project data in monitoring tools (basic information, statuses, indicators, etc.) and check the presence and updating of key documents in project documentation areas;


• Produce and consolidate the indicators necessary for project reporting and portfolio management;


• Contribute to the preparation of summary materials: presentations for committees, project decks, dashboards;


• Answer project managers' questions about tools, documentation and indicators, provide individual support to help them structure their data and documents;


• Participate in updating user guides and organizing or leading workshops to share best practices.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
---------------------------------------------

As a student with a Bac\+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school).

You have interest and/or experience in project portfolio management, ideally in the field of information technology and risk.

You are attentive to the quality of your oral and written communications and master PowerPoint/ Excel.

You are able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a variety of interlocutors.

You are rigorous and have synthesis and writing skills.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
