Position and missions

You join who is looking for a Loan Sales Assistant in Corporate Finance for an internship of 6 months from January 2027 .

At Natixis CIB, you join the Sales BPCE team. We are actively working to distribute credit operations (corporate financing, real estate financing, project financing, ENR financing, etc.) to our clients, the banks of the BPCE group, which are also our shareholders or subsidiaries.

You are the natural "entry point" for the client and active driver of syndication for trades.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Preparation of syndication launch documents, drafting of summary notes on financing operations (financial analyses, main terms and conditions of the transaction);


• Participation in calls with the origination/structuring teams of the bank’s businesses, and with clients;

• By joining our team, you actively participate in the commercial dynamic of the BPCE sales team, work in an intellectually stimulating environment, and collaborate with high\-level contacts both internally and at the client.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac\+4/5 student, you are preparing a university degree, from business school or engineering school.

You have solid knowledge of corporate finance, an area in which you have a strong interest.

You have a perfect command of computer tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

You are endowed with excellent writing, interpersonal and synthesis skills.

You are recognized for your logical mind, rigor and curiosity.

You also have the ability to work as part of a team with an international dimension.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
