You are joining our production and IT support teams for the Fixed Income, FX, and Credit activities, who are looking for a developer , for an internship of 6 months from January 2027 .
The teams support users in the trading rooms and ensure the smooth running of the applications necessary for their activities. Support requests are now mainly made in several Microsoft Teams channels. The multiplication and fragmentation of exchanges make it difficult to identify new requests, monitor their processing and ensure that no request remains unanswered.
A POC was developed to extract and structure Teams conversations, then analyze them using artificial intelligence to identify support requests. The objective of the internship is to industrialize this POC in order to make it robust, maintainable, and integrated into the information system.
Technological choices are not fixed. The solution will be able to rely on Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js and various web frameworks, depending on their relevance with regard to security, integration, maintainability, and operational constraints.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Understand the activities of the production and support teams as well as the functioning of the existing POC;
- Define and implement an architecture to industrialize the collection and analysis of Teams conversations;
- Make the detection, grouping, and qualification of support requests more reliable using artificial intelligence;
- Develop the APIs and integration mechanisms needed to create and synchronize tickets in ServiceNoW;
- Design a web console to view, filter, assign and track requests in real time;

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac\+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, engineering or business school) with a specialization in computer science.
You have a solid foundation in software development and are proficient in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
You want to strengthen your skills around the development of REST APIs, Node.js or a Python framework, web development, SQL databases, Git, automated tests, Docker and CI/CD strings.
You have a strong interest in generative AI, language models (LLM) and their integration into business applications.
Curious, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to propose pragmatic solutions while taking into account the issues of safety, maintainability and operation.
You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable collaborating with IT teams, clients, and application production teams.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
