You are joining our Infrastructure \& Energy Project Financing team (telecoms, energy transition and natural resources, transport and environment) within Natixis Corporate \& Investment Banking, which is looking for a Financial Analyst , for an internship of 6 months from January 2027 .
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Financial modeling (implementation of debt modules, calculation of sensitivity results);
- Project risk analysis (credit, commercial, legal, technical, environmental risks);
- Drafting notes for committee bodies;
- Review of documentation (due diligence, financial documentation);
- \#Transformative finance

In addition to an attractive internship allowance calculated according to your training and level of education, you benefit from a reimbursement of 60% of your transport ticket, one paid day of authorized leave for each month worked, and access to the company’s restaurant.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC\+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree from an engineering or business school and have a strong interest in the infrastructure and energy sector.
You have a first internship experience in financing or M\&A at a bank, fund, consulting firm or at an industrial company, and have knowledge of structured finance. You are comfortable with Excel, autonomous, rigorous. Thus, you are dynamic and curious, eager to learn and work as part of a team. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
