POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the Transformation Department asAssistant AI Project Manager, in support of the Star\-IA strategic program, dedicated to the deployment of artificial intelligence at the company level for an internship of 6 months from September 2026\.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Contribute to the management of the Star\-IA program: monitoring use cases, updating schedules, identifying risks, and preparing committees (COPIL, project committees)
- Coordinate the various stakeholders (business lines, IT, data, compliance) as part of the deployment of AI use cases
- Organize and lead professional workshops (gathering needs, scoping, prioritization, feedback)
- Develop concrete solutions that meet business needs: Copilot prompts, assistants, simple AI use cases (prototyping)
- Contribute to AI acculturation through reverse mentoring actions: support for employees in handling AI tools, implementation on their use cases
- Project management and coordination
- The development of pragmatic AI solutions
- The rise in skills of business teams on AI

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC \+4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in digital transformation, data or project management.
You have initial experience in project management (planning, coordination, reporting) ;
You are comfortable with creating supports (PowerPoint);
You are familiar with collaborative tools (e.g. Teams, Klaxoon);
You use AI tools (e.g. Copilot);
You know the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (LLM, RAG – appreciated);
You have good analytical and synthesis skills;
You are rigorous and organized;
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen;
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
